Influential leader in the world

Leader is someone who can manage and give example to their people to achieve the goals. A leadership would be success if an organisation, country, etc has a good leader. Everybody can be a leader. But, not all of the people can be a good leader. To be a good leader, there are many things that a leader must have in their personality.

A good leader of course can influence people to follow all his programs to develop the organisation or country. But, in the fact there are only a few leader who can influence people. The key word of this problem is ‘believe’. Not all people believe with their leader. It cause of the leader has a ‘close’ personality. The close personality make people give a negative thinking to the leader.

In this time, we will  discuss about the influential leader in the world. As an example, we can see Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono or we usually call him as SBY. He is our president, our leader. He was one of a hundred people who are influential in the world. It was written by Times Magazine at 2009. Times Magazine made that statement because they think that he was success in his leadership.

An influential leader must be follow by people. If we talk about SBY, there are many people who are like him as a president. SBY is so democratic, always smile, he has a spirit to fight corruption,  giving freedom to the press and the most important he is a honest person. If we look at his personality, he has good personality. So, he must be a good leader.

The conclusion is the influential leader must be ‘open’ and good personality, so he/she can be believe by people. If someone can complete the characteristic of the good leader. So, he can be an influential leader. If a leader can influence people, so they can achieve the goals easily.
