Organization

Organization is a group of people who have same goals and has a systematic structure.  In every instance, there are organizations.  People who are in the instance need organization to unite the different opinion. Because of that, an organization always held a meeting.  Organization must be organized by people who are active to participate in every activity that be held by its organization.

                In this time, we will talk about the example of organization. The example is student organization. We can see this organization in our campus life. This organization is organized by college students in the college. Student organization is organization which is mentored by lecturer.  

                Every organization must be has their own goals. To achieve the goals, people who are active in the organization held activities like seminars, workshops, competitions, etc, which is related with the goals of the organization.

                Organization, which is a place for people to unite their ideas, has advantage, there are We can get many friends, we can sharing with our team in organization and can train yourself to be a leader.

                Lucky Sensini, who are the president of BLM 2011-2012 in Politeknik Negeri Batam said that he can feel advantage in organizing, so he can lead BLM in that period well.

                BLM, which is organization that heads of other organizations on college, gather all the work programs of each organization under the shade. BLM which is make the rule of law for organizations must be has a good relationship with the other organizations.

                Based on the example above, it can be concluded that the organization, which is an important place to exchange ideas, give us the advantage in adding knowledge and experience.
